Senior Caseworker

Owain is Level 3 Immigration and Asylum OISC accredited caseworker. Owain’s interest in Immigration law began in 2017 when he completed a period of work experience for a corporate immigration law firm in London. This ignited his passion for work within this field and sent him down a career path in law. After completing his undergraduate degree in law 2021, he began working with Jocelyn training as an immigration advisor. Over the course of this period, Owain's knowledge and experience in Immigration and asylum law has developed and he is now the Baya’s specialist in Skilled Worker Sponsor licences and compliance. Owain also enjoys undertaking complex legal matters including pre-action protocol letters challenging Home Office decisions where there is no right of appeal. Owain works on different types of applications including spouse and skilled worker applications and his client care is impeccable. An interesting fact about Owain is that he achieved over 90% in every category in his OISC Level 1 exams.
