Mandy and Amelia completed the conveyancing for both our Sale and Purchase of property in a very efficient, friendly and professional manner. There were some tight timelines imposed on us with our purchase and this was readily dealt with. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

I have used Lamb Brooks on several occasions over the years and this business venture was conveyancing. Mandy Brown and Amelia Cox kept me updated and even when the other solicitors involved decided to have a throwing their toys out the pram moment Mandy kept her cool and we completed despite their tantrums.

Lamb Brooks helped us through a tortuous conveyancing process lasting over 5 months! Amelia, in particular, was great in chasing down delays from our purchaser and, along with Mandy, providing guidance and explanation of the weird and wonderful legalities we encountered (like chancel repair liability).

Lamb Brooks have been fantastic for my partner and I as we bought our first home. The service provided by Mandy and Amelia was brilliant. They were easy to reach, quick to respond and gave us all the support we needed to make the process smooth and painless. We have also used Lamb Brooks for writing wills at the same time and Amy has also been superb. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Simply the best... as Tina Turner would say! We can honestly say that after having moved homes several times that Mandy & Amelia were so easy to communicate with. This seems basic enough but it's a big problem with many firms. Thank you!
