She kept us very well informed throughout the process and responded quickly to our queries and the necessary enquiries from the other lawyers involved. In particular, around exchange of contracts and completion (where it was a very long chain) she helped facilitate the process by moving as quickly as possible in every matter.

Amazing House purchase service
Katie was brilliant from start to finish. Keeping me informed with what was happening and when. Chased my sellers Solicitors for missing information promptly. This is Not the 1st time I have used Foort Tayler and it certainly won't be the last.

Fantastic Conveyancing Solicitors
Both Leanne and Katie were extremely quick and communicative throughout the whole process. They were keeping us consistently up to date and were always happy to respond quickly to any queries we had. Despite the changing interest rates meaning we unfortunately bothered them with a second mortgage offer to process, they were extremely friendly and accommodating with it.
So I would completely recommend Foort Tayler for any conveyancing!

Excellent service
From the time I contacted Foort Tayler to begin my sale of my house to the purchase of my new house Katie has been amazing. Very efficient and professional. If I had any concerns she was always there for me. I can not thank them enough for making what is normally a very stressful time selling and buying a property, a very smooth process. Outstanding Service
Katie Lane and Leanne Smith provided me with the conveyancing for the sale of my late fathers property. This is the 3rd time we have used Foort Tayler, previous being another conveyance and a probate and have yet again received a brilliant service.
