Caseworker

My role as a caseworker means I work with a team to manage our cases. Day-to-day, I help our clients by updating them on their matters, talking to others on their behalf, applying for public funding, writing applications based on each client's specific needs, and helping them prepare for their hearings or meetings. I want our clients feel looked after and supported and I will always make myself available to listen and support each person where I can. I am also always prepared to move quickly when needed and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
