Mortgage Claim
We spoke to James about a Mortgage through a recommendation that had been mis-sold to us he took it on a No Win No Fee basis and although we new that we were on the back foot as a lot of time had elapsed
James and his team were extremely professional and his attention to detail we could not of expected anymore
And although we didn't win our case(Our Fault) we would highly recommend New South Law to anyone who has a similar predicament

External Legal Debt Recovery
As a company, we used to handle all debt recovery/disputes internally, we found this time consuming and challenging. I needed help with a particular case and asked New South Law to help, after already having dealt with them personally.
The experience was positive and we won the case that was taken to court, and it was all thanks to the team at New South Law, as a result we made the decision to pass all legal debt matters to them and they've been handling it amazingly ever since!

Excellent Law Firm!
I had approached New South Law Ltd regarding a claim on irresponsible lending, I'd initially tried to go through the process myself but the complaint was rejected.
After discussing my claim with James Kingston, a solicitor at New South Law, he believed that I could take this to the Financial Ombudsman, the process was easy, everything was explained clearly to me before going ahead and the claim was dealt with in a friendly professional manner. I really felt that they were acting in my best interests, and I couldn't fault their service.
My claim was successful and I couldn't be any more thankful for their help!
