We did find once we had uploaded our documents and paid the initial fee via the app, it wasn't then kept up to date, this was done via email so the two didn't seem to correspond.

I am reserving my first property and called to find out more about the process. It is quite scary as this is my first time. I was immediately provided with a contact email for a quote to be sent directly to me and the names of the people on the team. The process was explained to me very well and I already feel less anxious about this. This is all before I have even instructed them, this is the kind of relationship you need with your solicitor at this nervous time.
