Clinical Governence/GP Negligence claim
This claim is ongoing so cannot provide details of outcome satisfaction. However, we can say that during the months that this claim has been in progress, Hannah has kept us informed at every step. We have never had to chase or follow-up and have full confidence in everything Hannah is doing to ensure a fair and satisfactory outcome. We have never been made to feel a burden when we have asked Hannah questions, and equally we have never been made to feel silly if those questions returned obvious answers. Personal Injury claim
I have been a client of Hannah for 2 years and are currently reaching the end of my personal injury claim. Hannah has been very good at keeping me updated with emails and when I haven't understood things has explained them in a way I can understand. Excellent service!
From the very first phone call I have received the very best care and service. I have always felt cared for and listened to while my case has been dealt with. Workplace Injury Claim
I used Wollens to make a workplace injury claim. This particular incident was tricky to deal with due to the lack of cctv footage and yet it was dealt with very professionally and proactively. Even when there were long periods with minimal progress, through no fault of their own, they stayed patient with me and maintained solid communication throughout leading to an overall positive experience.
