Tozers worked with us over a long period of time, in order to secure a settlement of a complex claim. Empathetic, professional, proactive team
From our experience, Clair, Hannah and Michelle always demonstrated great empathy, care and sensitivity throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, I trusted we were in safe hands, and I was able to develop a strong rapport with them. They were always incredibly supportive, patient, responded with professionalism, were proactive, and always provided timely responses to any of our queries or concerns. They were always sensitive towards my mental well-being throughout the process and this was of utmost importance to me. Clair Hemming
We have had Tozers, Clair Hemming act for us for a number of years on our daughters case of erbs palsy.
It has by no means been the easiest of cases, in relation to funding, time frame, changes in legislation, but Clair has always pulled out the stops, and gone the extra mile to ensure that we could continue in our pursuit to get justice for our daughter.
Clair has always been open and honest throughout the entire case, she has ensured that we are kept up to date every step of the way. Not forgetting Hannah her secretary, who has equally been brilliant with her communication, and both very professional.
We have been kept up to date on the costs, been using a secure portal to communicate.
I would without a doubt highly recommend both Clair and Hannah to anyone wanting to pursue a negligence claim. And cant thank you enough for finally getting justice for my daughter. Thank you

A long journey.
It was very nice to have the same solicitor over the ~10 years that this case has taken so far. In the end we came to a satisfactory resolution. Although there is still some more to be done, I am very pleased with all that my solicitor and their team has done to get us to this point.

Clinical Negligence

Professional and understanding
Clair and the team at Tozers we’re extremely friendly and approachable and led us through the maze and complexities with great professionalism, support and understanding.

Superb service
All our dealings with Tozers have been excellent. Everything is always explained to us in a way we can understand. They are incredibly helpful, approachable and friendly and have been extremely accommodating when we need to discuss something, calling us at a time that is convenient for us, working around our jobs.
