Really impressed with the service we received.
We we buying our first house and instructed BLJ. The price was reasonable, there were no hidden fees and the service provided was more than worth what we paid. The app is a great feature - as a first time buyer I didn’t know all that was required so to have a check list and see what the next steps were was very helpful. All the solicitors we dealt with were friendly, professional and always quick to respond. We’ve had a really good experience with BLJ. Thanks for making such a stressful process that much easier.

Very Smooth Process
Erin was very professional, made sure everything was done by the book and very quickly; she made buying my first house very smooth. Working with her eliminated a lot of stress and was very efficient. Great solicitors, definitely will use again and highly recommend
I would highly recommend Bell Lamb & Joynson to anyone. They dealt with my case with purchasing a property extremely well. This is the 2nd time I have purchased a property and I am so glad they were recommended to me. They were incredibly competent, clear, easy to understand, communicate and work with, no question felt like a silly question and I feel they went above and beyond to help me with my case. Erin was the solicitor dealing with my case and I cannot speak high enough of her. Erin was always on hand to answer any query or offer her vast knowledge and guidance. She totally understood and empathised with my circumstances and she would often go out of her way to resolve anything outstanding and done so very promptly. Due to Erin’s professionalism, commitment and huge level of support, we were able to conclude the case in record time. It is a sense of relief to have had such a great experience and any time I need a solicitor in the future, I know exactly who I will be using. Easy, informative and quick!! Highly recommend.
Erin was fantastic from start to finish, we were eager to get this move through as quick as possible and Erin was always at the other end of the phone to fully update us, as well as the site which was always updated with the most recent developments and really kept us in the loop regarding our new home. We had one little hurdle with an enquiry which held us back a couple of weeks but as soon as this was sorted Erin was fantastic in really pushing for the soonest possible completion for us. What we thought was going to be such a stressful process you made it easy. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks for everything!!
