Great service - Friendly and efficient as always!
We’ve used Scullion Law for several property purchases now, as well as for other legal matters over the years, and they’ve consistently provided excellent service. Conveyancing - sorting issues with previous solicitors
We used Scullion Law after our previous solicitor went out of business, leaving our new house unregistered. The team were excellent, and made the process of resolving this issue seamless. They were highly professional, and even helped claim back the additional costs incurred through the previous companies insurance.

Gemma Miller is the best conveyancing solicitor you could wish for.

First time buying experience
I am a new overseas buyer in the UK property market and I want to purchase a new home for my family in the UK. Therefore it is very important to have a reliable and trustworthy solicitor to assist me with the purchase. Scullion Law impressed me with their knowledge, efficiency and direct communication. The staffs are willing to make long distance calls to directly discuss with me about different issues. Gemma is knowledgeable and experienced. She also tried to help me with my documents and identity verification. However, I would appreciate more understanding and explanation of the specific requirements as I come from a different culture and legal system. I would suggest that the law firm can give more detailed information regarding the required documents and how they should be presented in order for people coming from another background to understand better. Many thanks for the help in this purchase!
