Solicitor at Hall Smith Whittingham LLP

Olivia Rowley

Solicitor

I joined HSW in 2022 in the Litigation Department as a Trainee Solicitor and have qualified in the same department. I grew up in Staffordshire studying Law at Keele University and the LPC at the University of Law before taking 3 years out of the Legal Profession to support clients in other ways. During my time away from Law, I worked at a major Theme Park as a complaints manager, turning customers days around when they have not gone so well. I also spent a year and a half working for Citizens Advice offering advice on a whole range of subjects from disputes, to family matters to benefit entitlement and specialised on guiding clients on managing debts. I always wanted to work locally in a client ordinated firm and this role has given me experience in offering pragmatic and reassuring advice to our clients during disputes. In my spare time, I enjoy captaining and rowing with my local rowing club, socialising with my friends and spending time with my family.
