Excellent advice

Very helpful during a stressful time
Belinda was very helpful, responded quickly and worked with my company to review an agreement despite them not sticking to the proposed deadline. She asked the company the important questions for me - I felt like she had everything handled which was great as I had never been through this situation before.

Settlement Agreement

Redundancy agreement
Belinda responded very quickly to initial enquiry, requesting clear information to enable progression. Following initial review, within a couple of iterations Belinda had responded to all my questions and clarifications and we landed on a final version.
All proposed review changes were accepted by the employer.
Not a situation one wishes to be in, but Belinda was a great and efficient support.
