Caroline is a Trainee Solicitor at Wesley Gryk Solicitors. She joined the firm in March 2022 and works on a variety of cases covering a wide range of immigration, asylum and nationality law matters. Recent work and notable cases  Prepared successful applications to enter and remain in the UK on the basis of family and private life, as well as with appeals against refusals.  Prepared applications for British nationality and British passports, including for first time child applicants overseas.  Assisting people to apply under the EU Settlement Scheme to secure their immigration status in the United Kingdom.  Assisted individuals to obtain indefinite leave as a victim of domestic violence.  Assisted with asylum claims and appeals against refusals of them.  Assisted with visitor visa applications for individuals from a range of backgrounds, including family members.  Assisted people to make successful applications to Arts Council England under the Global Talent scheme.  Prepared successful applications for complex fee waivers.
