Visa solution

5

I had great experience with Caroline and Dmitri. They were very professional and helpful and understanding. My case was complex with a little evidence but they made sure to get every possible answer and detail and built a great case so I was granted permanent residency in the UK. I am very grateful for their help. Definitely recommend this firm and specifically these lawyers.
Originally I got contact of this firm from my friend who used their services for getting UK visa for her husband and she was very happy with them as well.

I highly recommend Wesley Gryk Solicitors LLP. Seven years ago, I turned to them for assistance with a spouse visa for the UK. Their professionalism and support made the process smooth and stress-free. Throughout these years, their expert guidance on various immigration matters has been invaluable. 10 days ago, I achieved a major milestone—British citizenship. This would not have been possible without their dedicated team, especially Caroline Asken, Trainee Solicitor, whose meticulous approach and professionalism ensured my application was flawless. Her support during the final stages was truly invaluable.

I am also deeply grateful to Dmitri Macmillen, Solicitor, whose expertise and strategic guidance played a crucial role. His in-depth knowledge and tailored advice gave me confidence throughout the process.

Wesley Gryk Solicitors LLP is more than just a law firm—they genuinely care about their clients' success. For anyone needing immigration advice, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Their expertise and compassionate support make all the difference. Thank you, Wesley Gryk Solicitors LLP, Caroline Asken, and Dmitri Macmillen, for making my journey to British citizenship a success!

Entry Clearance Visa

5

After two long years of being apart from my husband, the waiting and uncertainty felt overwhelming. The Entry Clearance Visa process was emotionally challenging, and the thought of finally reuniting seemed like a distant dream. But with Dmitri and Caroline by our side, that dream became a reality. They didn’t just handle our case with expertise - they offered unwavering support that made all the difference during such a stressful time.
Dmitri and Caroline were there for us every step of the way, even responding to emails on weekends, which gave us immense comfort. They kept us informed throughout the process. Their dedication went beyond what we could have expected. Every question, every concern was met with patience and kindness, and their attention to detail and accuracy was impeccable. Knowing that we had such compassionate, committed professionals on our side gave us the strength to hold on and trust in the process.
Thanks to their tireless efforts, my husband and I are finally together again, and we couldn't be more grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone facing this journey. They’re not just legal experts - they truly care about reuniting families and changing lives. Thank you, Dmitri and Caroline for making our family whole again.

Help with Global Talent Visa (Stage One)

5

I had a great experience with Dmitri Macmillen and Caroline Asken earlier this year. They assisted me with a global talent visa and despite a few hiccups (only relating to documents I needed to provide), they were able to help with every aspect and kept me calm and assured through a very stressful process. They also had a lot of knowledge that assisted with the application and I could not have done it on my own. I would highly recommend them both.

Amazing service

5

Absolutely amazing firm with outstanding lawyers!
Caroline and Dimitri were outstanding, so detailed in their help and ensured we knew exactly what was happening the whole way through.
With all the changes that went on with visa rules whilst we were applying, they still made such a difficult process feel easy and really supported us the whole way through.
Can’t thank them enough for all their help and would recommend them to anyone looking to apply for a visa.

Supportive and efficient LGBTQ friendly immigration service

5

Dmitri Macmillen and Caroline Asken have taken us through the process to finally get indefinite leave to remain for my Canadian wife. It is especially reassuring to know an immigration lawyers which is affirming of LGBTQ clients. They were upfront about costs and provided a detailed ‘to do’ list to guide us through each stage. We felt we were in safe hands, which is incredibly important given what’s at stake for us to remain living together.

Excellent and professional

Thank you to Dmitri and Caroline who dealt with our partnership visa application. We considered applying ourselves but had a few difficult to answer questions, so decided to get help. We would not have had a successful application without them. Dmitri was always there if I had questions and knew exactly what needed to be done. Thank you so much!
