First Time Buyers

Outstanding!
I have found Kate to work with the utmost professionalism. She is very considerate, trustworthy and above all has the patience of a saint. She always responded to my many, many queries very quickly in a timely fashion. Our conveyancing was difficult beyond belief but not at all due to anything to do with Kate, it was due to extreme lack of communication from our buyer’s solicitors. Kate dealt with this very professionally and also to my constant requests for status updates.
I cannot recommend Kate highly enough and would not hesitate in doing so. She is a great asset to DTM Legal and would like to think her exemplary work attitude doesn’t go unrecognised. I give Kate a 5 star review, 10 if I could.

Friendly and efficient communication!
Kate was professional and friendly throughout. She was easy to contact, replied quickly to emails or ensured someone else did if she was unavailable. She was really easy to relate to which made communication always feel positive, despite the natural stress of the process at times.

Amazing solicitor
Kate has been nothing short than amazing. She has been a time which could have been very stressful completely stress free!
