Sue was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated a great deal of empathy with our situation. Sue was very polite and considerate with our questions. We contacted your firm following a recommendation from our daughter. She looked up all the Solicitors in the area and said we would get good service from your firm. We were getting our wills made up and Sue was patient explained in clear details what we needed answers to. She was friendly, professional and put us at our ease. Over the past 3 years I have used this firm to oversee a change in the Land Registry after my husband's death, house conveyancing and currently, to overcome difficulties arising with a Lasting Power of Attorney. In each case I have been met with consideration and support, as well as a reliable, professional attitude. Estimated costs have always been accurate and I am satisfied with all the work completed.

I highly recommend Sue Squire at Lamb Brooks. She has been amazing at handling and helping me navigate my Father's passing and sorting his Estate. Also previously my Mother's Estate. She is highly knowledgeable and so compassionate and understanding. Always available for any of my sometimes many questions. Such a help at a very stressful and sad time. Thank you.
