Excellent experience using Levi’s for a recent house move. Big shout out to Molly from Team Degun. She always seemed to have everything under control which made the process smooth and stress free. But more than anything, that she had our best interests at heart. Navjit certainly earned his fee when making a particular demanding party see sense. Will definitely use again!

Buying house
To be honest not really got much input from Navjit, however he took over in the latter stages of the process.
My rating would mainly be aimed for Laura and Anneka who were superstars dealing with a difficult client(not me) and awkward third party solicitors.

Completed a home sale and purchase
Its hard to determine how effective the solicitors were in terms of performance, the entire buying as selling detail is largely obfuscated from the individual, this transaction took 6 months. There are too many dependencies on other solicitors and other interested parties who all appear to drag the conveyancing period out dispite our solicitor constantly chasing.
Questions were answered and I believe that they represented my best interests throughout the process ensuring that a thorough job was done. Time was taken to describe the pertinent points in the covenants etc.
However the entire system needs an overhaul to bring it up to modern standards with less reliance on wet signatures and paper copies of a number of different things,very antiquated.
