I’d like to take this opportunity to say a thank you very much for making my first experience dealing in a solicitor situation (apart from when I moved house)
I came to your offices as I only live in Farnham and one of your legal secretary’s (Dasha Thorpe) kindly met Me and I explained my situation to her and she told me exactly how to get things moving and emailed me with all the information to get the process started.
And then Jed Temple took over, reviewed my case with his legal experience could see that everything we were getting accused of actually our neighbour not us
We didn’t have much time left to respond, but Jed and Dasha drafted as a letter which was very detailed and clear and we agreed to send it to our solicitors.
It seems to resolve the problem!

Land dispute Burridge
We were wrongly accused of trying to sabotage a land sale and not declaring all of the facts regarding the land, this was untrue, were sent via Churcher's a letter of intent to sue.
We were referred to Jed Temple, who dealt with the problem in a very clear and professional manner, we have received no further communication after Jed's letter.

So glad to have Churchers in our corner
We turned to Churchers for help with a bullying landlord, we didn't know what to do and each email from the landlord made us feel more and more threatened and anxious. Mr Jed Temple explained the legal truth of the matter very clearly and set our minds at rest, he is professional and sympathetic but also realistic and he listens properly. We are very, very happy with the advice he has given us and, if we should need his expertise in the future, will not hesitate to turn to him and to Churchers again.

Property transactions
We have been attending Churchers in Fareham for several months and cannot rate highly enough the speed in which Jed deals with our correspondence questions emails letters etc etc He is not only very knowledgeable ..understanding .efficient .Considerate ..and an expert at his work he’s very funny with great sense of humour and handsome too! 😀 we will certainly recommend him to any interested person looking for a solicitor in the future!
