My new Will
I was pleasantly surprised for the way my new Will was arranged. My solicitor gave me enough time to think about all the information I received. I was able to discuss with my daughter and was not rushed in any way.

Will Service
I found the whole process was handled in a caring manner, with great knowledge and understanding, was very thorough and asked the right questions to enable my Will to be just as I wished. I was treated with respect and as a person and not an idiot. I was completely satisfied with everything that Rachel said and did to finalise my Will just as I wanted it. I would recommend her to anyone making their Will. Thank you.

Writing of Will and Transfer of Equity
We have used Bendall and Sons last year, same solicitor Rachel Smith, this time for writing of our Wills and Transfer of Equity. As before last year Rachel was just brilliant, her guidance to the above was just so good. Rachel is very knowledgeable on everything we needed. Rachel was clear and spoke to us in the way it was very easy to understand. Rachel was very nice, friendly and professional as are her secretaries. Highly recommend Rachel and her team. Both ,myself and my husband very impressed.

Excellent Service
On the death of my dad I instructed Bendall's to deal with all matters - sorting out aspects of the Will, ensuring me property was 'OK' legally and also requested Probate to be undertaken. I was kept informed of progress at all times, and our solicitor was always available for advice and reassurance. At no point did I feel overwhelmed by legal matters and at a sad time I felt reassured and in safe hands. I would particularly like to praise Rachel Smith for her friendly and straightforward approach, she was absolutely brilliant as was her PA Tina!!

First class, Professional and Friendly service
My brother and I sadly lost both our parents last year. As our family have dealt with Bendall's for a number of years, we wanted both our parents estates administered by Bendall's. Rachel and her assistant Tina, have been amazing, from my initial telephone call to the conclusion of both matters and obtaining Probate. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Rachel - and Bendall's - in the future.
