Sale of one property and purchase of another
We were downsizing from a large detached house to a smaller more manageable property under challenging circumstances. David Stapleton the solicitor at Actons couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. Taking us through the process of sale and purchase he kept us fully informed on progress and gave us advice on how to avoid potential pitfalls. Both transactions were completed with minimum stress and we're happily living in our new home.
