Thank you Ara and HA
I am so pleased I and my wife found, and I have been represented and supported by Holborn Adams on a very serious but malicious and false allegation that wrecked our mental health and family relationships even before a charge had been brought.
After the initial engagement with Fay and Andrew we felt our nightmare situation was understood and we felt in safe hands.
Working with Ara since then gave us hope we could get through that awful situation; Ara is knowledgeable, passionate for her work and goes beyond to understand and work with the emotional rollercoaster our life had become through supporting us as people as well as the technicalities of the case and Pre-Charge Representation. Ara was thorough and tireless in putting a pre charge rep together and personally ensured the interactions with the police were respectful but very effective. I am pleased to say all her work payed off in that the police found no further action was required and the action was dropped. Ara rightfully deserves all our thanks for getting our life back and I would thoroughly recommend HA and Ara.

Excellent professional service
I contacted Holborn Adams at the start of our journey into a traumatic Police investigation- I was met with quiet, professional and compassionate sympathy. Fay, Ara and Yasmin have ( so far!) worked tirelessly to support us as a family and individuals. They are robust in their procedures, diligent in their work and highly skilled in their knowledge and application- and it’s all done with ultra professionalism and integrity with a respect for us all. Very profession and supportive during tough and confused times - Ara
I want to take a moment to provide some feedback for Ara and Fay who helped me immensely on a false allegation of harassment and stalking filed on me.
From the moment I got in touch with Fay she was very professional and heard me out and then she assured me with all the options and gave me great peace of mind with her in depth knowledge and she put me in touch with Ara.
To start with, Ara is a great asset for your firm, I was very confused and in such a stressed state when I met her. She had great patience and listened to the whole events of happenings and noted down all the points. She assured me based on the points and events that we got a very strong case to put forward to the Crown Prosecution Service.
After our meeting, Ara chased them to get the correspondence and kept me informed with regular updates and process. Communication and regular updates gave me great confidence during these tough times.
We want to thank Ara and Fay as a family for their guidance and help during our tough times.
Eventually, the case got dropped by the police and Ara called me over the phone straight away on a Sunday evening just to give me a great relief and peace, which is very much appreciated.
I would recommend Ara any day to my friends and family

Professional, Winner, Passionate
I had the unfortunate experience of being accused of something that I didn’t do, I had never had an issue with the police before and the whole experience was daunting and sent me to a dark place and I felt lost.
In step Holborn Adams, my first contact was with Fay, she was a very calm reassuring voice and someone who clearly cared about the client. She has been with me throughout the process and she was as pleased as I was with the outcome I could hear the sincerity in her voice. Her availability was constant and that helped me massively particularly in the early days. She fully had my back in all of this and I will forever be grateful.
I then spoke to Adam, who has taken responsibility for the case and the outcome and he is incredible, he really knows his stuff, clearly strives for the best outcome and is a natural leader and winner. When he speaks, it’s with authority and reassurance that you’re in the right hands. His knowledge of the legal system, police, CPS, is second to none. His strategy was perfect and he managed to time this with almost telepathic accuracy about what was next and what we would do.
Geena is a crucial part of the team and one that combines professional excellence with empathy and compassion for the client. I really felt that she was fully invested in my case with me and that makes such a big difference. Her work has been phenomenal and she was integral to the outcome. I will also now take advice from HA about any other issues I have. They are by far the best firm out there and the team I worked with are like my guardian angels! Thank you all so much you will never know how grateful I am.

Professional and efficient
My experience with Holborn Adams was absolutely positive!
I had a false allegation made against me and was arrested. Being from a different country and not having any criminal background, I didn't know what my rights were and was given the option of having a duty solicitor represent me during the interview with the police officer. That was an absolutely horrible experience as the duty solicitor clearly had no interest in helping me and made me see the whole thing as a lost case.
Fortunately, Fay Ashton took my case and showed me a different perspective of what criminal defense should be like and explained the importance of having a team specialised in pre-charge defense. She never judged me and always believed in my innocence, as well as always trying to give me reassurance and positivity, which can be hard when going through something serious like that. My case was dropped today, 3 months after it started, and I'm sure that wouldn't have been possible without Fay's strategies and precise arguments. I can't thank her enough and I'm sure anyone dealing with a similar experience would agree with me.
I would definitely recommend their services.
