Great first steps
I got in touch with Slee Blackwell through their free helpline and case review service about a negative experience I had with a surgeon. Jade has been so informative and helpful in these early stages to make me feel seen and heard, and that my experiences are taken seriously. She has been so communicative and that's been really encouraging to feel comfortable telling my story and have an idea of my options. I have not begun the full legal process at this stage, but my first steps with Jade and the company have been very positive.
