House sale
I was selling my house privately to a developer, as a cash sale I thought it would be a relatively straight forward and quick process, especially as the buyers were saying they wanted it to be too. But, it turned out to be longer and more involved. However, Justin was fantastic in help navigate the issues and gave excellent advise throughout the process, and had everything prepared ready for a smooth exchange. Once the sale was completed and money paid, Justin and Elaine, were quick to ensure this was transferred across to me quickly, which was a massive help.
