Thank you for everything!
We were introduced to Paul after a family tragedy and he hand held us through a daunting and protracted litigation against the Hospital Trust responsible. It�s clear that our particular case was a cause close to his heart and that commitment showed itself in his work which resulted in the other side making a large out of court settlement. I�d go so far to say that Paul is now considered a family friend (as well as Lawyer) and based on his sensitive & successful management of our case, we have also instructed him to manage the Inquest. Paul is the fearsome advocate you need in your corner when taking on a David & Goliath fight such as ours. Clear communication
I was referred to Foster and Coleman by a friend of mine, having consistently chased an online travel retailer for a refund which they had promised me nearly a year ago. I had practically given up on ever getting my money back and had exhausted all avenues; I had been chasing the retailer on a weekly basis, often receiving no response from them and even escalated the case to my bank to no avail. I then emailed Steve who immediately came back to me and put me in contact with Paul. Paul worked tirelessly to help me recoup this money from the retailer, holding them to account and reminding them of their obligations under EU regulation. He was incredibly reassuring, professional and clear in his communications and I am just delighted with the outcome, having finally received my refund after nearly a year. Excellent legal services
I am writing to say how very pleased I am with the excellent legal services that you just now have provided in my court case. Your fees are very reasonable, and you did Zoom interviews which worked perfectly. A one-to-one personal relationship was given, which meant not having to go through others or waiting for someone to give you a message to reply back. Contact via telephone and email was quickly responded to. You gave genuine (and correct) assessments of the case and did not promise the earth. Appropriate reassurance was provided at critical moments as deadlines approached, reducing levels of anxiety and stress greatly, which was much appreciated. You always gave the feeling that Foster & Coleman were always in control and genuinely looking out for me, and aware of opposing strategies ahead of time. Paul was brilliant
We were almost at our wits end due to repeated, frustrating and unsuccessful efforts to get our money back from the airline following a cancelled flight. Having been fobbed off for months, we decided to contact Paul Coleman for help. He was just brilliant. As a direct result of his intervention the airline contacted us within 24hrs to confirm that we would be receiving a full refund. I cannot speak highly enough of what he did, how quickly the matter was resolved and how pleasant and helpful he was throughout the process. If you are in a similar situation, I really cannot recommend Paul highly enough.

Invaluable advice
I came to Foster & Coleman for help after I was put in a comprising situation by one of my friends that was completely out of my control. I explained this to Paul Coleman and from the outset he offered me invaluable advice and helped me to stay calm in a situation which, for me, seemed to be spiralling out of control and I can�t thank him enough for this. The unfortunate situation got back to my superiors and despite my explanations of how the situation was out of my control, they took me to a disciplinary meeting alleging that I broke regulations. Paul went through all the evidence with me and he organised a brilliant 20 page document consisting of my events, character witnesses, eyewitness and also a section explaining how I hadn�t breached any of the regulations. The file worked wonders and turned a situation that was dire into a minuscule punishment which seemingly will have no impact on my career. I cannot thank the services of Paul and Foster & Coleman enough and will definitely be utilising their services again if I have to. As well as this, I would, without a doubt, recommend the services of Foster & Coleman to anybody who encounters problems they may have and require legal advice. I cannot only thank Paul for his services, that no doubt saved my career, but also the advice and help he offered me at the beginning when all looked so bleak
