Great service.
Great service from Donna and Steph, always contactable and answered all questions quickly.
Only thing I would have liked is an online progress portal that I could see and add anything to each element as required. The ‘Move with Us’ portal doesn’t allow for that.

Quick and efficient service
Steph in Team Spells ensured my house sold in a quick and efficient manner. My emails were responded to quickly and Steph kept me informed throughout the process. The odd question within emails were missed, but quickly resolved if I emailed again. Would use them again in future.

Sale of mother’s house as LPA
No problem at all with service. A few extra bits of form filling and additional costs with being an LPA. Only spoke to Donna once. She and everybody else seemed pleasant and helpful. Mostly conducted affairs via email. All quite functional and perfunctory really, but the job was completed well. Would recommend.
