I have over 14 years conveyancing experience specialising in residential conveyancing including sales and purchase. I am currently completing the relevant course to become a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer. My supervising Directors are Naimah Kamal and Ashley Williams who oversee all my transactions. I am supported by my Senior Legal Assistant Katie Comins who has completed a Law Degree and is working towards her LPC. First class solicitors for property purchase.

I was assigned to Katrina’s team when purchasing my right to buy property from my local council. Katrina’s team worked tirelessly throughout the process to complete all legal aspects. All documents were sent to me in a timely fashion, and I believe they genuinely work to their clients best interests. The communication was fine and I never had to chase them on any aspect of my purchase.

I would recommend TQ law for any property purchase, and I would definitely recommend Katrina and her team to anybody buying a right to buy property.

Would definitely use this office again.

Used TQ 3 times 2012, 2021 and 2021-2024.

I understand that buying/selling process might be frustrating however solicitor is not here to make you feel better, they are here to make things happen.
TQ at every ocassion played it's role well. I bought with TQgirls two properties and sold one.
I do understand that contact sometimes may be limited but it is not customer service place it is a solicitor.
They are simply working very hard, I think they take too much work (times are hard...) as I had updates also out of hours - very early in the morning and late in the evenings.

Wanted to thank to teamKP from bottom of my heart, it was long and bumpy road I almost cant believe I will not be emailing you anytime soon... ;)

I was with Team KP for my house purchase and their speed and care stuck out to me. I was always kept well-informed and didn’t feel like I had to chase things like I did with normal conveyancers. The online portal is simple but effective in conveying where your purchase is at.
Massive thank you to Katrina and Katie for their amazing due diligence, I will be sure to return here for any future conveyancing needs!

We used TQ Law for our house sale (selling online without a simultaneous purchase) and found the process to be smooth & prompt. Their online portal made paperwork much easier & allowed us to track the progress of the sale. We were happy with the service we received and would definitely consider using TQ Law again for the buyer process when we find somewhere to buy. Thank you to Katrina and team.
