He is an honours graduate from the University of Glasgow and is married with two children. Tom deals with Wills and Powers of Attorney, administration of executries, house purchase and sale, commercial property and leasing, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship and business start-up. Outside of the business, Tom is also a member of the Forth Association of Businesses and is Council Member and Auditor of the Falkirk Faculty of Solicitors. He is also past Chairman of Denny Citizens Advice Bureau and was previously a Director of the Lennoxtown Initiative and a member of Business Network International.

Angela and Thomas Docherty are one of the best team I have ever met in an organisation .I needed a solicitor for my mortgage ,even though it was my first time and the process of getting my mortgage was a bit stressful,there where ready to explain the process to me without complaining when I request for some clarification in several occasions.They were able to secure my mortgage and get my seller to send all the necessary Document .They are wonderful team and I will recommend them any day anytime

Tom is an excellent lawyer. Throughout the purchase of the property Tom gave really good legal advice and we navigated the whole process with ease. Veronica in the team was also excellent. Both kept us right at every stage. Very quick to respond to questions and the whole conveyancing process was hassle free. I highly recommend this company.
