Equally, if your situation cannot be resolved in these ways and requires the input of a Judge, for example to determine the extent of assets or risk of harm to children, I am able to offer critical thinking and analysis to ensure that your case is presented fully. I offer a constructive and proportionate approach so that you do not spend unnecessarily on legal fees, enabling you to move forwards to the next chapter of your life.

I was represented in my recent divorce case initially by Claire Higham and then Eluned Roberts. My experience with both solicitors was excellent. Their service was highly ethical, professional, diligent and empathetic and although divorce is a stressful process, I knew I was in safe and hands throughout. Response to queries were timely, with comprehensive & knowledgeable answers to all my questions. I appreciated very much being able to have direct contact with both solicitors. Had an incredibly positive experience with Evolve Law who acted for my husband and I during our divorce using the relatively new one lawyer for both parties approach. Eluned was exceptional. She was clear, professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and inspired absolute confidence. After an initial individual assessment to ensure we were suitable for this approach, she led us through the process to a successful consent order approval. I cannot recommend Eluned or the approach enough, especially if you and your spouse are amicable on the financial settlement front. The support team were amazing too, any communication was handled promptly and efficiently. A huge thank you!
