Conveyancing for sale of apartment
I felt valued throughout my interactions with the company. The sale of my property was not straight forward for a number of historical reasons but they have patiently and diligently followed the process from beginning to successful conclusion. I can not fault the first class service and communication and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Sale and Purchase (Conveyancing)
Very good experience with Mckeag and Co on the sale of my home and purchase of new property. They carry out their procedures in a timely manner and communicate well regarding updates. Chris Thomson was especially helpful in liasing with multiple solicitors in the chain to help move things along and keep it largely to time. Megan Swinney was also very helpful on my sale and was very proactive in sorting that out. Thanks for a great service.

Outstanding Firm
This is the fourth time we have used McKeag’s for conveyancing. The service we received from Dawn Brown and the team was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish we were kept updated and the whole process was seamless. I cannot recommend the firm highly enough and wouldn’t consider using any other firm for any future needs.

House sale and purchase
We used McKeag and Co for both a house sale and a house purchase. Our house purchase had been complicated by additional legal issues, which Sarah helped us navigate, and she repeatedly went out of her way to ensure we could complete as soon as possible (supported by a Partner, Chris Thompson, who turned around documentation on a Saturday to speed things along!). Our house sale was straightforward, and we completed in under 2 months, thanks to Megan's proactiveness. Both Sarah and Megan were incredibly responsive and proactive and I would recommend the firm wholeheartedly.

McKeag and Co provided Conveyancing services for me following the death of my wife. They helped with a transfer and 2

Excellent service
Took away much of the hastle of selling a property. The team was very proactive, helpful and professional which meant I didn’t have to progress chase anything. They were also accessible by both phone and email which is not always the case with some solicitors. My experience couldn’t have been better.
