Conveyancing
This should have been a simple process. There was a slight issue getting information due to cladding on the property. If it wasn’t for our agent and ourselves chasing we would still waiting. The app is a not efficient. Not updated. Message responses delayed.
Found Helen just reactive and not pro active. We used this solicitors as they took over the previous firm so thought this would also speed up the sale as all information would be at hand.

Moving house
Helen and Ebenezer were really helpful, supportive and approachable making a stressful time bearable. They explained the process whenever I called and after an aborted first purchase ensured my second went smoothly and quickly making sure I was in my new home before Christmas.

Excellent and Timely Service
Both Max and Helen made our home purchase a timely and simple procedure. we were kept informed along the journey and the sale was completed in very good time. Another successful transaction!
Wolferstans have looked after many if my property purchases, this one was as a seller. Each time without any serious issues. There communication is excellent, I would always recommend Ebenezer Ola & Claire Booth.

House conveyance within a tight time-frame
In mid-February we found our dream house which due to personal circumstances and with the excellent help and assistance of Claire, Helen and Eb we took possession just before the end of April.
This was the third property we had seen and time was running out for us to be out of our (now) former residence.
Throughout the entire process we were well supported by Team Wolferstans who communicated frequently, badgered the vendor's solicitors

Sale of late fathers Flat
I would like to pass on my profound gratitude to the team at Wolferstans Plymstock, Plymouth. It was a protracted sale made difficult from leaseholder and lease owner inactivity and lack of communication. But the team (Ebenezer Ola, Helen Strydom, Rhys Bresland, Leonie Rowe and Claire Booth) at Wolferstans worked hard to progress the sale and I was extremely grateful for their efforts.

My experience of Wolferstand has been great
I have felt like I could leave in their hands to deal with and needed not to worry about anything. They have kept me informed all the way through. My case went from what should have been a simple matter, to quite long and drawn out. Lydia Wilkinson was extremely helpful throughout the process and in guiding me through a few difficult scenarios. Always offering clear information on how to proceed. I am very grateful to her for the way she dealt with things, and would reccommend her wholeheartedly to anyone.
When finally matters were drawing to a close I was also helped by the property team working under Helen Strydom who were all very good. That team communicates well, with regular updates where needed. The information around who is in and when, is clear and easy to keep track of. Meaning should I have needed to clarify anything I always knew where to go.
Overall really happy with Wolferstans and will not hesitate to go with them in the future.

Brilliant, I recommend!
I found both Leonie Helen great, they got everything done very professionally and I am glad I chose wolferstans. Can I also say, every time I dropped off documents to reception, reception always had a warm welcome and were really friendly. I think this business chose its staff very well.
Also the price I was quoted was the exact price I paid, and it's clear from the start which I think is very helpful.

Highly recommend
Leonie Rowe and Helen Strydom dealt with the sale of my late mothers house efficiently, professionally and with the least amount of stress for us as a family.
