Trainee Solicitor

I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Family and Childcare Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. Based at the Manchester branch, I currently work under the direct supervision of solicitor and supervisor Emily Reed, assisting in a wide range of matters which are both legal aid and privately funded. The matters I assist with include, but are not limited to, public law proceedings: Interim Care Orders, Care Orders, Supervision Orders, Placement Orders, Adoption Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Proceedings in Relation to Allegations of Non-Accidental Injury, Public Law Outline matters (PLO), Private proceedings regarding: Child Arrangement Orders (Contact), Child Arrangement Orders (Residence), Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders, I also assist with domestic abuse matters, including: Non-Molestation Orders, Injunctions, Occupation Orders, FGM Protection Orders, Forced Marriage Protection Orders, Lastly, I assist with family matters including divorce and ancillary relief
