Amazingly good legal support!
I needed legal advice during a redundancy process at work. Dealing with HR was confusing, contradictory and I wanted to know my legal position and rights. I was relieved when I spoke to Melissa on an initial enquiry call as I found it easy to talk through the issues with her, very clear about my options for next steps and also had a good legal knowledge relating to the situation. It had been a grueling process and I felt lost in the process, having Melissa to represent me gave me confidence to take action. At every stage her advice was clear, honest, friendly and easy to understand. She was very professional, kept me updated throughout and moved the process on to a speedy conclusion. She provided all the options at each stage and was upfront about outcomes and fees so I could make an informed decisions. She also managed to keep me calm and grounded throughout what was an emotionally charged period. I was happy with the settlement she negotiated and can now draw a line under the issues. I would definitley recommend using Melissa for any employment problems as it was a pleasure to work with her.

Excellent, friendly service
I came across Melissa because she was personally recommended to me by my IFA. And I am very glad they did.
[See More]I had a time-sensitive case and she was quick to respond within the timeframe. When we spoke, she walked me through every section of the paperwork in as much detail as required. She made sure that I fully understood any implications, clearly discussed options and made sensible recommendations.
When it came to following up to ensure that all parties were on board and that the paperwork was completed, she was persistent and thorough, also ensuring that my concerns during the process were clearly and professionally addressed.

Helpful & Reassuring
When I received a settlement agreement from my employer with no prior warning or explanation, I needed support quickly. Melissa was reassuring, helpful, and patient - I hadn’t needed any legal advice before and she ensured to take time to explain everything to me and made me feel so at ease at each step. It was a difficult time but made much easier with a solicitor like Melissa who was always honest and gave great advice. Thank you so much.

I'm Very Grateful
I was referred to DTM Legal by my employers as part of a mandatory legal requirement for Voluntary Severance, and they were uniformly excellent from start to finish. I was originally overseas when my VR application was confirmed and as I’d asked for a quick release, was given a fairly short timeframe to complete the process so there was significant time pressure involved.. I contacted DTM Legal by email from Greece and they responded almost straight away, referring me immediately to the relevant employment solicitor, who when contacted directly again responded almost instantly and who was happy to arrange an appointment on my first day back from holiday. That initial meeting, and all following communications were marked by a clarity of instruction and straightforward approach to the process which was extremely helpful and reassuring, and again all subsequent paperwork, messages and emails were promptly despatched and any queries were answered immediately. Therefore, I would have no hesitation in stating that DTM Legal helped hugely in facilitating what is inevitably an alien and complex process, and mitigated considerably against the inevitable stress that such a procedure brings. Therefore, I’d have no hesitation in recommending DTM Legal fully and without reserve.
