Prompt and Professional
I had initially selected Waterstone Legal to act on my transaction as they offered a fast track service for stamp duty deadline. I made Darius aware at appointment that completing before SDLT deadline was of paramount importance to myself.
Darius dealt with the conveyancing with the highest level of speed and quality. He was also incredibly responsive to all my of chasers and provided me with frequent updates throughout.
