Emma has become an integral part of our leadership team since joining the firm in 2019. Having trained and progressed within two large property firms she came to the firm with significant experience in private client work and the property market. Initially working alongside our then Senior Partner, Robert Fitzpatrick she quickly made herself an indispensable member of the Conveyancing department. Her ability to work with numerous clients and progress a large caseload was noticed quickly and she progressed to a management role. Emma was assumed as a Partner and has worked to ensure a smooth transition from Partner to Consultant for both Robert Fitzpatrick and Peter Maley. She now leads our large Property team and specialises in domestic conveyancing, transfer of title, mortgage discharge, executry/probate and Wills. She works with a number of broker and estate agency contacts on behalf of the firm alongside her day to day client base. Emma can be robust when required, approachable to clients and a specialist in her chosen areas. Great service, would recommend to everyone buying and selling
I used Emma previously for a property sale and was very impressed at the level of service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for conveyancing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Fab service
Highly recommend The Glasgow Law Practice in Bailliston. Laura in particular went above and beyond to get everything sorted for us moving into our new home. Laura works so hard and it was clear she really cared about us as clients and providing the highest level of service to make our move as stress free as possible. We had some hiccups along the way from our buyers and Laura worked late into the night to get all the issues straightened out so we could move on our planned date. Can't thank her and Emma enough they both done a wonderful job.

Guided us through a tricky property transaction
