I would like to thank Paul Fursman, Shelley Fitzpatrick & Sophie Williamson for their invaluable help throughout a very stressful time. As a first time buyer and dealing with the unknown world of leasehold properties, they explained the legal jargon in an accessible way for myself and partner to understand. Commercial Property
In 2019 Sophie Williamson completed the transfer of our two properties from joint names to my wife's sole name. In late 2023 we asked Sophie to reverse the process in order to re-instate the properties to our joint names. All of this work was undertaken efficiently, with minimum effort from ourselves and at what we considered to be a reasonable cost.
My only negative comment is that subsequently, in July 2024 we received a letter from the property management company of one of the properties asking us to complete a Leaseholder Deed of Certificate, which I did not really understand and asked Sophie for assistance. She apologised that they cannot able to assist with Building Safety Act matters without explaining why.

Sophie has been our main contact for a number of years, mainly dealing with all aspect of commercial property. We can not recommend her high enough as we are 100% satisfied with the level of service, communication and advice given. We generally manage our properties on an unusual all inclusive basis. We look for reasons to say "Yes" within our Agreements rather than trying to impose institutional 100% restrictive leases on our tenants. We have found Sophie very adaptable, creative and easy to work with but also not shy in telling us and explaining why we are "Wrong" at times.
