We had been contacted by a series of companies trying to get us to sign up to an expensive legal process to exit our timeshare with CLC - even though we had relinquished a few year before. They used scare tactics to say we would be billed for unpaid management fees unless we used their legal services to end our contract. After a 10 minute conversation with Robert I felt hugely reassured, on his advice contacted CLC to check my membership status and got confirmation that we were not required to pay management fees after relinquish membership. Excellent Service
After years of fighting on our behalf we have been awarded compensation from one financial institute after Sarah and her team worked with the Ombudsman following other avenues closing down. Our Fractional Ownership has been cancelled but our membership with CLC has been reinstated. Sarah and her team have assured us that they will continue to act on our behalf (at no extra cost as covered through previous payments) to rid us of the membership completely. Be prepared this is a long and arduous process. Over 5 years in total. Be patient and trust in the team.

Refund sorted quickly
Sarah Waddington Solicitors reclaimed our monies from a company who said that they would exit us from timeshare, but their claims made were false.

Helpful, Kind, Understanding & Efficient
This firm helped us extract ourselves from Discover Access, Malta, and their debt collectors, after we were duped.
They dealt with everything in a timely manner. They fully understood how upset we were.
Importantly, they won the case !

Hi it took a long time to got money back but thanks to sarah waddington team they didn`t give up and they got my claim settled, I have now gone back to them for my timeshare relinquishment.

Timeshare
Understand that to relinquish timeshare takes time, however had to contact the office as we did not receive updates unless we did this.

end of experience with club la costa
Thank you for ending 0ur timeshare experience with club la costa....we bought our canal boat
week originally from canaltime who were subsequently taken over.Whilst we had some very enjoyable
holidays since 2001 the thoughtnof paying increased mainten ance every year was beginning
to be a burden to us.The whole disposal process did take nearly a year but we are now pleased
