Helped a lovely old lady friend of mine
I have a friend who is 84 and decided it was time to downsize her home to a smaller and more manageable home. My friend is Deaf and needs to lip read and Nicole was absolutely perfect in working with and helping my friend. Nicole took her time, paid attention, was attentive and caring and sympathetic to my friends needs.
I would highly recommend Nicole every single time for any legal matters.

House Conveyancing (Sale and purchase)
We were assigned Nicole Chrisham and her team to oversee the sale of our home and purchase of a new property in March this year. I have been through a number of house moves over my life and would recommend and/or return to Ms Chrisham every time. Professional but friendly and approachable. Contact and communication was exemplar with updates even when there was little change that week. Vincent's Solicitors were great to work with, reasonably priced and efficient, (its rare you get all three). At a stressful time they made it as easy and straightforward as possible. Cant rate more highly. Simply put we felt looked after
