I was very pleased with the service I received from Mullis & Peake. They dealt with the sale of my property and purchase of a new property swiftly and kept me updated. It helped enormously in what can be a very stressful process. I had face to face contact with my solicitor which helped me to understand the process.

The sale of my late mother's house was completed within 3 months. The process appeared to progress smoothly if somewhat slower than I had expected probably due to delays caused by the purchaser.

Fantastic Conveyancing Service from end to end.
We engaged M&P to handle my eldery mothers house sale and purchase and all along the way Paul Fursman from M&P was considerate of our situation, accomodating and gracious in all dealings, through some very complicated paperwork. I have to say Paul and the whole team at M&P felt like they were committed and on our side throughout a lengthy process and Paul was an ultimate professional right up to the last day. We were very impressed and extremely thankful of his service to us. A real pro.

Gayna was extremely helpful and supportive as I navigated a stressful and at times overwhelming period when I moved house in 2023. Gayna went above and beyond, meeting in person at short notice, offering guidance and reassurance. Crucially, she communicated well and often, in an always professional manner.
The reception staff at Shenfield were a great first point of contact, assisting with printing and other administrative tasks. All with a smile. Thank you.
