House Purchase
Luke assisted with the legals as we purchased our first home. Information was clearly communicated, whilst a couple of hurdles (at the sellers end) were dealt with in a proactive and competent manner. Would use again / recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews but on this occasion felt compelled to do so. Buying a house is usually a stressful process and the conveyancing process can be slow and complex. I feel incredibly lucky to have engaged Wellers Law group and in particular Luke Roberts who did an incredible job. It was clear from the start that I was not only dealing with an expert who understands real estate law inside out but also someone who is genuinely passionate about looking after his customers and ensuring a successful outcome. Luke asks all the right questions, ensures the process keeps moving forward, keeps all parties updated and genuinely shows a level of ownership and commitment that is not common in the industry. If it wasn’t for both Luke and his team, I’m pretty certain I wouldn’t have completed the purchase of my dream property.
