TFL claim
Supposed to have an amount of money refunded plus compensation. We
Paid £500 for ONE letter so far no refund from TFL or compensation. Contacted Stephen Rimmer who want further funds to follow up a case they are supposed to have finalised. So no £559 refund from TFL and £500 fees to Stephen Rimmer. No woukd not recommend them.

All we would say is we have already reduced our fees from the amount originally agreed at your request as a gesture of goodwill. We have pursued TFL (for no charge) on your behalf to chase the refund. We are sorry if you feel disappointed with the outcome but do not believe this is a true reflection of the matter.

Resolution of conflict
Shannen provided clear advice when a company was trying to make me pay a debt for which I was not liable. She liased with the solicitors representing the company, the matter then "went away".
