During the course of the house sale, I found Eleanor very easy to deal with, efficient, knowledgeable and approachable. She gave excellent advice and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again if the occasion arose, and I would highly recommend her to others.

Commercial Property
The service provided was excellent. The proactive approach taken in connection with the purchase of a buy-to-let property meant that the transaction went through as fast as could be expected. It was generally possible to get through directly to the person dealing with the matter or their assistant. Everything was explained very clearly. The service provided was such that I have already recommended B&L to someone else who is now using B&L.

Ellie was very thorough, prompt and supportive. I had a few tricky moments which she dealt with efficiently, as did Wendy Bishop, who covered for her whilst Ellie was on holiday. Ellie's secretary was super efficient too.
