Shahban Ali was fantastic.
This was an exceptionally difficult sale due to it being shared ownership, and a couple of other restrictions and we were thoroughly impressed by his resilience, and his honest professional behaviour throughout.
We had very good communication from him and he was a pleasure to talk to - considering how many times we have had to call him over the past 12 weeks that is saying something. Always a pleasure never a chore!

12 weeks from sale to completion during covid and with all the restrictions we had on the property is no mean feat considering the unresponsiveness of the management company...

Document Losses
Staff struggled to retain documents and pass them to other offices. Documents supplied 3 times before they were passed on.
Some questions repeatedly asked & responded to. Failure to deal adequately with my Mortgage provider. On the day of sale I had to chase redemption figures.

Help at Every Step
I used Ashtons Legal for the sale of my flat. Progress was slow (as usual) but Shahban kept me up to date by email. The buyers pushed for a exchange and completion of the same day to beat the stamp duty deadline. Shahban was exceptionally helpful during the last day ensuring that I understood and had my interests protected after an unusual request from the buyers. Thank you.

Shahban Ali - Amazing Solicitor - Highly Recommended
Shahban acted for me in the selling of my house and purchase of my new one. At all times he was friendly, approachable and professional. He obviously has a great deal of legal knowledge and it was very easy to gain direct access to him. He kept me fully aware of all progress made and provided clear and sensible advice when it was required.
