Best and fast service

Austrian Airlines Claim
We had a very complicated claim after the cancellation of 3 flights from Austria to the UK in June 2022. We felt the only way to attempt to claim the money back was to use a Solicitor. We contacted Sarah Waddingtons after searching on Google and reading the reviews. It has taken 4 months to claim the due money back (no fault of the Solicitor) but we have now received it. They were efficient and communicated well. Would highly recommend their service if you have a travel claim.

Parkes holiday claim
When we turned up we were not feeling confIdent as our solicitor told us we wouldn’t win and that gave us a kick which we didn’t need so we decided to fight our own corner, and we did that as we knew we were confident in winning, overall I think we needed more help in claiming more than we actually got and we were not taken through the claim process
