Terms and Conditions refresh
Terms and conditions, a necessity to protect your business and your customers. We needed to develop new T&C's to reflect our current operations.
In this past this has been complex, expensive and time consuming. Including difficult too understand legal jargon and language that is often included in T&C's.
As we operate with transparency is was very important that our T&C's are clear and easy for our customers to understand and agree to.
Right from the beginning Phil removed the complexity and jargon, resulting in brand new T&Cs which are customer friendly. He made the whole process easy, efficient and painless!

Litigation matter
Very happy with the service from Phil Moir and the larger team at Richard Reed. Never having had the need previously for any legal advice/help the matter did seem somewhat daunting to me but Mr Moir has been helpful, knowledgeable, patient and responsive. The matter hasn’t been fully resolved as yet….but we are nearly there and I’m very pleased with the service so far.

Very Honest and Straight Talking
I used Phillip Moir in a family dispute over a will. Phillip was very honest and extremely realistic. Most importantly, it was not about how much money Phillip could make for himself, but about keeping the cost down and what was most beneficial for myself. Phillip, at all times, looked for quickest and best solution and advised me well.
