Amazing solicitors in a tricky sale!
Vursha Joyce and Lisa Tantardini have provided clear and concise advice throughout the sale of my first property. Any question I had was answered in a timely matter and ever so clearly. Vursha was particularly helpful when the sale hit a difficult last week due to the buyers and their solicitors - it just went to show how much of a difference it makes in having an amazing conveyancing team. Not the smoothest of house sales following original buyer pulling out at the last minute (literally!). But after finding a new buyer, the sale was finally completed without any problems. Lisa kept me informed of progress and chased buyers solicitors when all went quiet to ensure smooth transaction. Cannot thank her enough for her help :-)
