Keeanna Gosling

Paralegal

Keeanna completed an LLB Degree in Law and Criminology and the Criminal Justice Studies from the University of Plymouth and has since joined Wolferstans in June 2022 to assist James Snell with a variety of clinical negligence cases. Keeanna developed a keen interest in medical negligence when she undertook a supervised work placement in our Clinical Negligence department as part of Wolferstans' involvement with Plymouth University. From this experience, Keeanna discovered her devotion to assist individuals who have been injured by medical treatment. Keeanna aspires to start the LPC and LLM alongside working full time in her current role as a paralegal in the Clinical Negligence department. On completion of the LPC, Keeanna hopes to secure a training contract with Wolferstans to advance her position to a qualified solicitor. Outside of work, Keeanna enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, going on adventures to new places, going to the gym, doing gymnastics, and trying new restaurants.

Professional and Caring

James Snell and his team guided my family and I through a clinical negligence claim following the death of my wife in 2022.
Throughout the process, which was extremely hard to do, the team at Wolferstans constantly kept us informed and helped us at each stage. The advice was always clear and concise. Because of the complexity of the claim, it has taken a long time to reach a conclusion, but, after 3 long years we can now say we have managed to get a resolution for my wife who will always be missed.
Our thanks go out to James, Keeanna Gosling and the team for being so patient and caring.
