Grant of Probate
My mother died in March 2024 and I subsequently instructed Linda concerning obtaining the Grant of Probate for her estate. Sills & Betteridge held my mother's will and thought retaining them would help expedite matters. I do not live in Boston so have never met Linda, the whole process has been undertaken very efficiently and effectively by phone and/or email with key documents in hard copy. I found Linda's advice at a difficult time very clear, helpful and concise. As an individual I found her friendly and approachable responding in a timely way to my various queries. Fees were very reasonable and clearly stated from the outset. I have no hesitation in recommending Linda in S&B's Boston office concerning similar matters of probate.

Quality, professional and personal service
