Commercial Lease transaction
Overall the experience with CWJ was positive. They were approachable and helpful and the lease was successfully concluded. The billing aspects could have been better. Invoices were very confusing with dispersements often mixed up with expenses which took some sorting out.

Prompt and attentive service
I instructed Omari and his firm to assist me in a purchase of a property off auction which needed to be completed in a reasonably quick time frame. Omari and his assistant were responsive, understood the issues involved and engaged with the counterparty and the auction house as needed to resolve problems. I was very happy with their service and would happily use them again.
