Fantastic Conveyancing
As first time buyers of a 130 year old property, we wanted to make sure all relevant checks and assurances were
carried out prior to purchase (and of course handling the legalities). After some research, Geoffrey Leaver came out as the highest rated conveyancing, although a higher cost that other services in Milton Keynes. But if you are in the position to buy a house, why risk losing it all by cutting corners?
The service, attention to detail and peace of mind we recieved was absolutely worth it.
Klaudia and the team were always at the end of the phone ready to respond to our queries with professional and friendly manner. All checks were carried with exceptional attention to detail. Although we could not control the response of the selling party solicitors, we were kept in the loop every step of the way.
We would only ever use Geoffrey Leaver, and will absolutely reccomend to family and friends. 10/10

Conveyancing

Conveyancing
Klaudia and Emma have been absolutely amazing to get our sale and purchase over the line.

First Class Service

Excellent, efficient and professional service
We took the decision to sell our holiday let business this year after 16 years of ownership. Whilst it was a difficult step to take, we were extremely impressed with the professional manner in which our Solicitor dealt with the matter. A few problems did occur, but she was always reassuring, confident and assertive in her approach, which in turn gave us complete faith in the process.
