Conveyancing Executive

Jo joined our Salisbury based Residential Conveyancing department in 2021 as Conveyancing Executive. In her role, she helps her clients with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process, including first time buyers moving into their first homes, buy to let investors increasing their property portfolios, families moving to larger properties, and people wishing to downsize. Additionally, Jo can advise on transfers of equity and remortgages. In her work with her clients, Jo feels it is important to be proactive, approachable and down-to-earth, striving to achieve a stress-free transaction. Prior to joining us, Jo worked at another local law firm for 27 years, initially in their Family Law department before spending the last eight years in their Residential Property team. She then went on to another firm for five years, also in Conveyancing.
