Lease extension
Not Abigail’s fault but my experience was poor. I was passed through 4 different lawyers, 2 without introduction (which is against policy), progress was slow to the extent that a change in the leasing act led to a need to change my lease agreement. I complained and provided detailed information on what happened, dates and the amount of chasing I did. A dispute partner was assigned. The partner decided to make my complaint my issue at the outset which made my experience worse. I challenged and after reviewing Morr Law eventually accepted responsibility and that my experience was unacceptable and did not meet their expected levels of service. They agreed to pay all extra costs incurred. So whilst it was resolved, it should never have happened in the first place, I spent my time chasing and when I complained I didn’t appreciate being gaslit and ultimately the whole experience was poor, impersonal and transactional. I accept they resolved swiftly which is the least I can expect and because it was so clear they were in the wrong. Extremely poor, would not recommend.
